TAHOE DIVE CENTER POLICIES

  1. For the benefit of our students, due to distractions, friends and family may not participate in the pool or open water sessions during class. They may attend academic sessions. Or, they can participate in a Scuba Review.
  2. Participants must transport themselves and their equipment to the pool and open water sites.
  3. Once class begins there are no refunds. Our policy is we will do whatever it takes to get students to complete certification. You have up to one year to complete.
  4. Returns are allowed within 30 days if purchased equipment is in original packaging with sales sticker, warranty cards and the equipment has not been used. Management reserves option to issue store credit.
  5. Credit card refunds require the same credit card originally used.
  6. Special orders will be charged a 25% restocking charge plus shipping.
  7. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of purchase.
  8. There will be a rescheduling fee of $75 for all courses if needed. 
  9. Store credit will be issued towards exchanges for mask, snorkels and fins after first pool session only. All sales final after first pool use.
  10. All rental gear must be returned rinsed and clean. If we need to clean and rinse gear a $25 cleaning fee will be charged.
  11. Basic equipment (mask, fins, snorkel, boots, hood, gloves) loaned to students must be inspected by instructors or management prior to the start of class.
  12. We reserve the right to override a medical clearance for certain conditions that are a contraindication to diving.
